Using this website
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes connected with Seventy3 vehicles and services. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or malicious information, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
Vehicle information
We take reasonable care over vehicle descriptions, images, mileage, specifications, prices and availability. However, these can change and may contain an error. Before travelling or making a decision, ask us to confirm the vehicle’s current availability, identity, condition, mileage, specification, price, VAT position and any included services or warranty.
Photographs may not show every mark, item or variation. A description on this website does not replace your inspection, a test drive where available, or the final written sales information. Nothing on this website limits the statutory rights of a consumer.
Enquiries are not contracts
Sending a form, calling, emailing, requesting sourcing or discussing a vehicle does not reserve it, create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. A vehicle is not secured unless Seventy3 expressly confirms this in writing and any separately agreed requirements have been met.
The website does not accept online payment or conclude vehicle sales. Any deposit, purchase, sale, part exchange, warranty, delivery or paid service will be governed by the specific information and written terms supplied for that transaction.
Deposits and reservations
Our reservation policy is that deposits are non-refundable if you choose not to proceed, subject to your statutory rights and the agreed written terms. Before payment, we will confirm the deposit amount, the vehicle being reserved and the reservation terms in writing.
Where consumer law applies, any amount retained must be fair and reflect losses reasonably incurred as a result of cancellation, taking account of steps to reduce those losses. Any refund required by law will be made. This policy does not remove any statutory cancellation rights or remedies for a faulty or misdescribed vehicle.
Vehicle availability
Stock may be sold or withdrawn without prior notice. Please confirm availability before travelling.
Sourcing, valuations and part exchange
Vehicle sourcing depends on availability, specification, budget and timing. No sourced vehicle is secured until confirmed in writing. Any valuation is provisional until Seventy3 verifies the vehicle’s identity, ownership, history, mileage, condition and supporting information. We may revise or withdraw a valuation before a final agreement where supplied information is incomplete or inaccurate.
Finance introductions
Seventy3 does not provide, approve or guarantee finance. If requested, we may introduce you to Holmesdale Finance Limited, trading as Holmesdale Car Finance, an external credit broker authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 794742. Finance is subject to status, lender criteria and separate terms. An enquiry or introduction does not guarantee acceptance.
Holmesdale is responsible for explaining its broker role, available products, eligibility, costs, commissions and application process. Finance information on this website is general information only and is not financial advice. Do not send bank details, income information or identity documents through a Seventy3 website form.
Third-party websites
Links to Holmesdale Finance, Google Maps, Facebook or other third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy information. Seventy3 is not responsible for their availability or content.
Website availability and liability
We may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free from faults. To the extent permitted by law, Seventy3 is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on unconfirmed website information or by temporary website unavailability.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing affects rights that cannot legally be excluded.
